Quiet Study Area?

The sign clearly states that this is a "Quiet Study Area" so please
get off of that phone!

So I'm currently doing my homework in Club Bracken. I went to the 4th floor, because I have some reading to do. When I read, I like it to be nice and quiet.

I obviously never got the email that stated today was an exception the the 4th floor quiet rules. There were people all over the place chatting with their neighbors and talking on their cell phones.

Really people? This doesn't make me happy.

    I agree with you, the library should be a quiet place but there are some rude people that don't abide by that even if you're allowed to talk on that floor.
